Services

Brooklyn West Labs provides creative services, including brand video and website design and development. Each project's scope is confirmed in writing before work begins.

Deposit

A $2,000 deposit reserves your spot and is applied to your project total.

Money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with the final work, we refund everything you paid, including the deposit. Ask within 14 days of delivery. In return, you don't keep or use the deliverables. You can also cancel within 7 days of paying the deposit, before work starts, for a full refund.

Schedule

Delivery dates depend on you providing materials, feedback, and approvals on time. Delays on your side may move the schedule.

Ownership

You own the final deliverables once the project is paid in full.

Portfolio

We may show your project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees you paid us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
